Your balance is in credits. Every license you give a customer costs one credit.
Ask the customer to open the app; their screen shows a six-character code. Type it in the box at the top of this page and press Check code. You will see which device it is before anything is charged. Confirm, and the device unlocks itself within seconds.
These devices cannot show a code, because the app comes from the App Store. Create a code in the App Store codes section instead and give it to the customer; they type it into the app and it turns Pro. One code works on one device only.
Each license runs for twelve months. When it ends you can extend the same customer for another twelve months for one credit, from your customer list or from the code list.
Use the Buy credits section to pay by card. The credits land in your balance a few seconds after the payment goes through, and you can spend them straight away.
Write the customer's name or your invoice number in the note field when you activate. Your customer list is searchable, and the credit history shows every credit added and spent.
